RULES, REGULATIONS, RACE INSTRUCTION AND INFORAMTION
Entrants will participate under the rules of CSA and it is the cyclist’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the rules.
By agreeing to enter the event, the cyclist automatically agrees to abide by the race rules, and any final instructions issued prior to race day.
Cyclists must provide a valid mobile number and email address. This will be used exclusively by race organization for important notices.
ENTRIES, REGISTRATION, PAYMENTS
Online entries close at midnight 3 May 2026.
Late Entries from the 4 May until 7 May 2026
A late entry penalty fee of R50 will apply.
No entries on race day.
Free State Series: A valid 2026 CSA license must be available
Fun Riders (Open Category): A temporary CSA license must be acquired.

50km Start 07:05 at Shell Ultra City Kimberley
20km Start 07:10 at Shell Ultra City Kimberley
RACE PACK COLLECTION
Race pack collection will be held at Shell Ultra City Kimberley 8 May 2026 from 16:00 – 19:00.
TIMING
Chiptimer will be used to time the event.
CONDUCT DURING A CYCLING EVENT
Marshals and traffic officials must be always obeyed. Failure to comply with their instructions will lead to immediate disqualification.
Any abusive or threatening action or comments to marshals, traffic officials, or technical officials will result in security removing the cyclist from the race and a report to the Provincial federation for additional disciplinary procedures.
Littering is an offence (rule 28). Do your bit to ensure that the race is litter free.
REFRESHMENTS STATIONS & MEDICAL FACILITIES
Refreshment stations (±13km) will be provided.
Medical support on route and medical services available at the finish line.
Refreshments will also be available at the finish point at Shell Ultra City

INDEMNITY AND WAIVERS
By participating in the race, cyclists waive any claims against national, provincial, and regional bodies, as well as sponsors and organizers, for any actions arising from their participation or other related circumstances.
Entry fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged due to weather or unforeseen events beyond the organizers’ control.
I also authorize the organizers and their agents, under Section 51 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, to use my name, race details, and any photos, videos, broadcasts, or telecasts featuring me for any purpose, without compensation.
CANCELLATION
Note: There is no intention of cancellation of this event, but if cancellation is enforced then all fees are non-refundable.
