2026 RACE RULES
1. Governing Rules
The race is held under the rules of WA, ASA and AFS. All rules will apply on race day.
2. Indemnity
Athletes indemnify national, provincial and regional bodies, sponsors and organisers against any claims arising from participation.
3. Officials & Authority
All Traffic Officials, Technical Officials and Marshals must be obeyed. Failure to comply may result in immediate disqualification. The Race Organiser and Safety Officer’s decision is final.
4. Participation
Athletes participate at their own risk. By entering, athletes confirm they are medically fit and responsible for their own water bottles.
5. Licence Requirements (2026)
• Valid 2026 ASA licence number required
• 2026 Temporary licence compulsory for 10km & 21.1km (if no ASA licence)
• Race numbers must be worn according to ASA rules
6. Water Points
• Water stations every 3km
• No seconding permitted
• Athletes may carry personal water bottles
7. Age Restrictions
• 21.1km – Minimum 16 years
• 10km – Minimum 14 years
• 5km Fun Run – 9 years & older (under full parental/guardian supervision)
8. Race Numbers & Bibs
• Age category bib compulsory and must be visible
• ASA license numbers – front only
9. Results
The 21.1km and 10km routes are not certified measured routes. Official results available at the event.
10. Identification
All winners must produce ID / Driver’s Licence / Passport if requested.
11. Medical & Safety
• Medical support available on site
• Distance markers every kilometre
• 5km Fun Run – 1 Hour
